Is this in the desktop app or the web library?
-
No, native mobile apps can't support plugins the way the Zotero desktop app can.
-
For a file you can open in the web library, if you right-click → Show File and delete the file from disk, and then open it again (which will trigger redownloading), does it work? If not, can you provide a Debug ID for doing so?
-
That's an HTTP 429 Too Many Requests error with the message "Too many login retries" from your WebDAV provider.
-
Yes.
-
What exact Word version? Can you provide a Report ID from Zotero? If you delete that Zotero.dotm file, does the empty tab go away?
-
This should now be fixed in the latest Zotero beta, and the fix will be included in Zotero 7.1.

Are they still having trouble? There may have been an issue with this a few days ago, but it should be fixed. If they're still having trouble, could you ask them to either post a screenshot here or email it to support@zotero.org with a link to this…

We can look at a Debug ID for a Verify Server attempt, but generally that would just be a problem with your WebDAV configuration or network connection.
-
We can't help you if you don't provide more information — see the linked page for what we need. Feel free to post in your native language if it's not English. You can also add screenshots to show what you're referring to.

That's an outdated beta. Are you still seeing this in the latest version?
-
The local API is available in Zotero 7. Enable "Allow other applications on this computer to communicate with Zotero" from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings. You can then run, e.g., curl 'http://localhost:23119/api/users/0/items?limit=10&…

It's an item in your online library. This should be fixed in the latest Zotero beta. You could sync once with that and switch back to 7.0.11 or wait for the next Z7 release.

But what do you mean by "it instead prompted me to login, which I did"? The only prompt here is a permissions prompt from Google to access the document. Again, the bug here is purely about seeing the same dialog within a Zotero session. Restarting …

Do you not see a PDF listed in the save dialog, or do you see the PDF listed with a red X? If the latter, it's likely just the problem described in the linked thread. If you have Zotero 7, you should generally see a CAPTCHA dialog in Zotero (not yo…

When I deleted the app and redownloaded it, it prompted me to login, but then when I did, it told me it didn't have permissions and to try to login into a different Zotero Wait, what do you mean by this? The prompt is a prompt from Google about a Go…

(To be clear, though, we only can provide support for LibreOffice.)

If you restart Zotero and your browser and reload Google Docs, and then try to use the plugin, it should prompt you again. Are you saying that doesn't happen?
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing it?
-
Can you provide another Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the article page and trying to save?
-
Yes, you were at your Zotero storage quota, so only the 300 MB of files that had actually been uploaded to our servers would be available. (You've now upgraded your storage, but that doesn't help with files that were never uploaded before.) For the…

See Locating Missing Zotero Data, and provide the requested info if you're still having trouble. But as it notes there, the most likely cause is deleting the Zotero database outside of Zotero (e.g., while trying to clear disk space). And your onlin…

You can change the language from the General pane of the Zotero settings (Edit → Settings, at the bottom of the menu).

That's the Zotero website. All documentation on this site is about the Zotero desktop app. https://www.zotero.org/download/

It means they already have an account with that email address (created last year in this case).
-
If it doesn't happen with all plugins disabled, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.
-
Oh, well, and you should start by disabling all your other Word add-ins. That's very likely to be the problem.
-
What it says is that you should test in a new, empty document and see if you can reproduce it there. But a Word crash is a Word bug, so you'd want to make sure you're running the latest version.

You need to fix the permissions on the copied files in your Zotero data directory. You can do that from Get Info in Finder, but we're not able to provide general OS guidance here, so you'll need to seek help elsewhere for that. This isn't a Zotero p…
