"access denied" for invited group members

I own a private Zotero group and members are reporting to me that they can't join the group. I've seen other users have similar issues, however I can't find a solution to this problem.

Are they still having trouble? There may have been an issue with this a few days ago, but it should be fixed.
If they're still having trouble, could you ask them to either post a screenshot here or email it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
