It's not related to "_eprint:". It's a bug related to full-text content syncing, not data syncing. It can happen randomly due to different combinations of full-text content in the sync queue, so just adding or deleting an attachment can affect wheth…

It's working fine for me in 1.0.47. My iOS is set to auto-lock after 3 minutes. In the reader, 5 minutes go by, and then the screen dims at 7:40 and turns off at 8:00.

See Files Not Syncing. You're just at your storage quota, so additional files haven't synced from the device where you added them.

What version of the app are you running? (Visible at the bottom of the settings pane)

@TKowalczyk: To be clear, the "local" method isn't particularly local. For the same reasons as above, you still have to upload all data and files to Elsevier servers first. There's not much reason to use that method these days unless the online impo…

(Recent versions of Zotero 7 actually include support for an additional feature from Mendeley. I've updated the page to just recommend the latest version.)

I get inconsistent behaviour from the label that the attachment gets in the actual library. Mostly, the attachment label changes to "PDF", "ebook", but sometimes the label indeed doesn't change, and I still see the name of the original downloaded fi…

OK, you'll need to try Firefox or figure out what else within Chrome/Edge or on your system is interfering.

When you're in the reader, it now just keeps the screen on for 5 minutes before following the iOS setting.

No. See my link above.

6.0.4 You're running a version of Zotero from March 2022. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in three years.

This isn't the account you're syncing with. Look in the Sync pane of the Zotero settings to see the account you're syncing with and email storage@zotero.org to transfers your storage subscription. You should then delete this account.

Though, actually, while the website should fix their server, if you can view the PDF in your browser (e.g., because you're using Chrome or already have the intermediate certificate in your Firefox profile), this will be fixed by the same changes we'…

We'll try to show a better error, but the server is misconfigured (missing intermediate certificate): https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/incomplete_cert_chain

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

Expand the parent item in the items list, select the attachment you want to delete, and press Delete or right-click → Move Item to Trash. We'll think about making it possible to delete an attachment from the item pane.

Thanks. All the institutions should now be properly categorized.

This should be fixed in the latest release (1.0.47).

I did not toggle any individual field code setting manually either. That's not the point. Word can sometimes switch between displaying field text and field codes. The page explains how to toggle that manually. You would know if it's Track Changes b…

We can't help with specifics — you can just point them to this thread.

Run this in Terminal: sudo chown -R `whoami` ~/Zotero It will prompt you for your password (but won't show the password while you're typing). There's nothing special about the Zotero folder, so I'd guess that other folders copied by Migration Ass…

Your Report ID shows many Zotero plugins still enabled. You should test with Zotero in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. Beyond that, we can't really say more than what's on th…

It's probably not going to matter. As the page explains, if there are folders in 'storage' but zotero.sqlite is 1 MB or 5 MB (i.e., an empty database), it likely means you used some sort of disk-cleanup tool and accidentally deleted the Zotero datab…

You'll need to follow the steps on the linked page and provide the requested info if you're still having trouble.

The message itself means what it says. If it's a note created by Better Notes, you should ask the plugin developer to look at the note and figure out why it's so long.
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync that triggers this?

Sorry, we can’t help you if you don’t provide the information we ask for.
