OK, that looks good. Can you provide a Debug ID for clicking "Install LibreOffice Add-in" in Zotero? And then you should try manually installing the extension.
-
You still have to select a JDK in the LO settings.
-
OK, well, you should try adding another JDK — e.g., JDK 24 from Oracle. I don't know that we've tested with Corretto, or if anyone has tested with a JDK that old in a while. (JDK 11 is from 2018.) You can install any number of JDKs into that folder…

There's not really a "preferred color", and this isn't specific to ink annotations ("Select Area"). There's just a hard-coded order of colors that's the same for all annotation types, and yellow is the first color in the list, so it's what gets sele…

What's the output of this command? file /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/*/Contents/Home/bin/java

Someone deleted the items, or someone left themselves logged in on a shared computer and someone else tried to start using Zotero from scratch (but that would generally result in all items being deleted). If a group admin emails support@zotero.org …
-
You'd have to identify the items, and them your colleague should try making a change to the two items, and then see the last step on Changes Not Syncing. Making any change to the items might cause them to sync. (They should obviously sync regardless…

There's no Word integration on iOS at this time. We're working with Microsoft to make that possible. For now, you can copy a citation or bibliography entry to the clipboard (in the citation style selected in the Quick Copy section of the settings) …

OK, please try the latest Zotero beta. In theory that should dramatically speed up the cleanup operation that's taking so long for you at startup.
-
That message really means exactly what it says: either the file was moved/deleted outside of Zotero or it was added on another computer, in which case it wasn't previously synced because you were at your storage quota. The former would also include …

See Reporting Problems for the two things we always need in order to help. Word and Google Docs aren’t really related, so let’s focus on one specific problem.

I’m not sure what you’re referring to on that page. You don’t really need third-party documentation to learn how to enter your username and password for syncing, and you absolutely shouldn’t be using export for this, as we say on the Transferring a …

By “fichiers” do you mean your Zotero library entries, or something else? Can you provide one or more screenshots that show what you’re referring to? (You can post them here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread. We’ll res…

(And please don't create duplicate threads for the same issue — it just wastes people's time and makes it harder for us to help you.)

Also, have you used Zotero on this commuter before? If so, what happened on your computer between when it worked and when it stopped working?
-
Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces this?
-
What do you mean by "purged from my library"? You have over 400 MB of files online. No other files have ever been uploaded, since you were at your storage quota. Now that you have more space, assuming you haven't changed the default settings, simpl…

There's no need to rehash the manual repair instructions. That page explains the basic process, and if people can't transpose those to Windows/Linux, they shouldn't be running them. But also, these days, most people are using syncing, and a much bet…

That has existed since 2019. https://www.zotero.org/blog/retracted-item-notifications/

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that results in an error? Is this from an internet connection with a slow upload speed?
-
It's available in the beta.

Dragging a file creates a copy by default. The file in your Zotero data directory was renamed. https://www.zotero.org/support/attaching_files#stored_files_and_linked_files
-
Provide a screenshot and a Debug ID for reproducing it.
-
No, that's not what it says. Your files on disk are being renamed, and unless you're actually changing the metadata after adding the item, you don't need to run that command at all.

OK, a lot of confusion here. 1) That's your web browser, and specifically Firefox — not your "computer" and not Word. 2) You have the Zotero web library loaded. You can't cite from that. You need the Zotero desktop app, which you can get from the …

We'd want to see another Debug ID.
