Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for reloading the page and trying to save? (To be clear, you should be saving from the article page, not trying to save the PDF directly, though that should generally work too.)
-
Can you share a screenshot of what you're looking at? To be clear, you need to be using the Zotero desktop app for these features. https://www.zotero.org/support/duplicate_detection (screenshots from Zotero 6, not Zotero 7, but it works the same w…

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer. If n…

@adrienburg: To be clear, are you referring to Library Mode or List Mode? Cmd-A works for me in Library Mode on macOS. You have to click an item first to focus the items list.
-
Explained here: https://www.zotero.org/support/adding_items_to_zotero#manually_adding_items

Do you see the same thing with Zotero 7.0.13? That would've been the current version before last week. If so, I'm afraid you'll need to debug this yourself. It'd be something with system fonts or your graphics driver.

You can try this: https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_tab_has_an_empty_label
-
That's still using a proxy.

@ThibaultUM: Er, no, sorry, I misread your comment. It doesn't matter what Zotero says. After deleting the file from the Startup folder and restarting Word, does the tab disappear completely from Word? (If not, see the above section.)
-
Notably, Zotero still reports that the plugin is installed even after I’ve deleted it from that folder. Right, that's the important part — that means you're not removing the file from your active Word Startup folder. See Locating Your Word Startup F…

Can you link to one such PDF or email it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
-
Can you see it in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?
-
(Please start new threads for new issues — the thread you posted to isn't related. I've moved this to a new thread.) What OS? Can you provide a Report ID? Does it happen in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?
-
Are you connecting via a proxy server? This looks like something you would get if a proxy server was interfering with and modifying requests. Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the "Restart with Logging En…

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. Assuming that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

Yes, we're going to hide the sync progress popup in the reader.

(Ignore the previous post here — that person was confused and incorrect.) It's not currently possible to see a list of items cited in a given document, but that functionality is coming soon. For now, you'd have to maintain the collection manually a…

You'd have to report it to the maintainer of the third-party package you're using. (There are various known crashes in the Flatpak version.) We can only provide support for the official tarball from this site and the zotero-deb package. https://www…

An error doing what? Syncing? Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing the error, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option? (We only need the id here, not a screenshot of the dialog.)
-
@adrienburg: You can press Enter/Return on the keyboard to add selected items to the citation. But you can also add individual items just by double-clicking them or clicking the + button on each row, so there's not much reason to select multiple it…

In the latest beta, we've restored Down Arrow for opening the details popup when a bubble has focus.

Removed in the latest beta

We've removed that hack in the latest beta.

This is probably fixed in the latest beta.

You seem to be getting a different version of the Amazon page. That could just be some A/B test, but if you're running any other browser extensions, try disabling those and reloading the page. If not, or if that doesn't help, can you right-click → S…

(And many new fields are coming, including Date for Podcast items, which is already available in the Zotero 7.1 beta.)

We linked to Debug ID instructions above.
-
That wouldn't be related and should be reported separately. But we need a URL and a Connector Debug ID for Amazon to say anything more on this.
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for actually trying to open the file and getting this error?
-
We need a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save.
