They can just switch My Library to "Zotero" in the file-sync settings and sync. Zotero will automatically reupload the files to Zotero servers.

How long have you waited? Try starting in Troubleshooting Mode, which disables all plugins, by holding Shift at startup.

That's still Zotero 6.0.37. As we said in your original thread, this is fixed in Zotero 7.

That doesn't seem to show a file being added. How exactly are you adding the file? Make sure you're starting debug output logging, going to add the file, triggering a manual sync by pulling down on the items list, and then submitting the output.

That's incorrect. You can switch back and forth between the current beta and release version. And you can try the ZIP version of the beta without uninstalling the release version.
