There's an outage at Crossref, which provides DOI metadata: https://status.crossref.org/ In the meantime, you can go to the article page on the publisher's site and save from there.

This should be fixed in the latest beta.
-
Fixed in the latest beta — thanks
-
(We've fixed it in the Zotero beta to ignore invalid paths when setting the LABD.)
-
Update your apps. This was fixed weeks ago. https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/123337/ios-crash-when-opening-the-trash

Right, but you can do Select All + Right Arrow to expand just the top-level items.
-
That just means you already have a bibliography in the document. If you don't see it, you can toggle Word field codes, search for ZOTERO_BIBL, delete the field code completely, toggle field codes back off, and reinsert the bibliography where you wan…

That's not a Debug ID. Follow the link for instructions. And you didn't answer my questions about the data directory.
-
Do you have your Zotero data directory in a non-standard location, or have you symlinked the 'storage' folder? If not, can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces this?
-
That's from some plugin you installed.
-
You can click Web Library at the top of this page and see which attachments can be opened, but it doesn't really matter. You can't choose what to sync — the point of syncing is to make your entire library available on all devices — so you either hav…

Restart your computer.
-
Note that you have to empty the trash as well after deleting the attachment in question.
-
You see the beginning of the PDF filename in the error message I quoted above, yes?
-
Delete this account and add your institutional email address to the account you're actually using. https://www.zotero.org/settings/security#delete
-
You have 100 items from 2025 in your online library as well.
-
Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that fails?
-
We can't help you as long as your Zotero data directory is in a cloud storage folder. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/data_directory_in_cloud_storage_folder
-
@iagogv: They're nested under attachment items, so they don't show up when you just expand the top-level item.
-
As I say, you have a specific file with an invalid path — you can see the beginning of the filename in the error message I quoted above. A relative path should never start with a slash. You might have other files with invalid paths, but you should …

Sorry, our previous fix didn't get pushed out properly. Try again now.
-
OK, you mean set the linked attachment base directory. (2)(+0000000): No base attachment path set -- can't resolve 'attachments:/BOOKs/2006_Num[…].pdf' I assume you've used a plugin to create linked files previously? You have a file with an invalid …
-
Cannot what the linked attachment base directory? Can you provide a Debug ID for whatever you're trying to do?
-
Plugin problems always need to be reported to the plugin developer, but in this case, you're just on an outdated version of Zotero. We weren't properly serving automatic updates to older Zotero 7 versions, but that should be fixed going forward. Yo…
