There's an outage at Crossref, which provides DOI metadata: https://status.crossref.org/ In the meantime, you can go to the article page on the publisher's site and save from there.

Do you have your Zotero data directory in a non-standard location, or have you symlinked the 'storage' folder? If not, can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces this?
