Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?

Sorry about that. There was an issue with the update from 7.0.16 to 7.0.18 for Linux and Windows, which was available for a couple hours, but you can reinstall 7.0.19 from the download page. Your data won't be affected.

You should start by updating to Zotero 7. If it still happens after that, provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading Google Docs, reproducing this, and trying to override the lock.
