@B10g: If you want our help, you'll need to respond here, not post to other, unrelated threads.

You're saying the file on disk (if you right-click → Show File) is named "download", and when you set Zotero to open PDFs via an external reader, the file doesn't open? How are you saving these files to Zotero? Can you provide a couple screenshots…

That's an HTTP 423 Locked error from your WebDAV service. I'm afraid you'd have to ask them. (You're also getting various other connection failures for upload requests.)
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for this?
-
Sorry, but as noted on Annotations in Database, this functionality existed originally and was specifically removed because of the problems it would create. We have no plans to restore it. If there are improvements you'd like to see in the built-in …

Welcome To Zscaler Directory Authentication Network requests from Zotero (including sync requests) are being intercepted by one of your institution's systems. You'll need to talk to your IT department. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/zotero_and_f…

(When reporting problems, it's best to just focus on what's actually happening — in this case the error message at startup. Without more debugging, it's not possible to say what the specific technical issue is. The installer doesn't "download" anyth…

(Please start new threads for new issues — the thread you posted to isn't related. I've moved this to a new thread.) It's not clear what you mean here. Can you say more?

The mobile apps don't yet support snapshot or EPUB annotation. (They don't actually show snapshots in the reader at this time — they just open them in a web view like any other webpage shown in an app.)

You're aware that you can view all annotations in the Annotations tab of the left-hand sidebar? There are two ways to work with annotations in the reader: with the sidebar closed, in which case you have to click on annotations to see or edit comment…

But what happens now if you set the reader setting back to “Zotero”?
-
See Changes Not Syncing, and provide the requested info if you're still having trouble. Note that the account you're posting from is an empty account with nothing in the online library.
-
You installed a third-party app (Scholaread) that's hijacking the setting, and apparently does so even after it's uninstalled. If you go to Tools → Plugins in Zotero, do you see a Scholaread plugin? We haven't yet figured out how the app is changi…

We've switched to an alternative mechanism to work around the problem. Your Zotero should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings.
-
Yes, you'll need to report this to the ZotMoov developer. We'll look into the other issue separately.
-
That's likely a problem with your internet connection or Firefox installation. You can try right-clicking and saving the XPI to disk from another browser and dragging it into the Firefox Extensions pane.
-
Can you provide a Report ID? How are you adding the file?
-
Yes, you can expand items and delete child attachments separately. Remember to empty the trash after. Note that, depending on how long you've been getting that error, you might have much more stored locally than online: https://www.zotero.org/supp…

What's the exact message you're seeing?

What's the DOI, and how did you add it? What does it say in the Library Catalog field? Can you provide a Report ID?
-
Sorry about that. Try removing and redownloading again now. We had to make a change to file downloads a week ago, and it looks like that broke snapshot viewing in the iOS app. We'll see if we can correct existing snapshots in an app update, but for…

Can you provide an example of what you're referring to?

Oh, I see, that's the personal library for the account you're posting from that you've made public — it's not a group library. But yeah, you still can't share files publicly.
-
Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing?
-
Better to post this to zotero-dev. We try to keep technical discussions there.
-
Those are separate, unrelated libraries. The library shown in the second one isn't owned by the first account and wouldn't use its storage subscription.
-
Paste "WI38AKCN" into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode from the root of My Library. That should show you the attachment that's causing this. There's a forward slash in the filename that shouldn't be there. Zotero shouldn't have l…
