Extraction failed. Can not open the output If this is an institutional computer, that's likely due to third-party security software on the system. You'll need to talk to your IT department.

When I got the new computer and realized all the old attachments were delinked, and the old HD was wiped, I purchased Zotero storage. Any new PDFs downloaded since then are stored on Zotero storage. It's still not clear what you mean here. Are you s…

The trouble is with the attached pdfs that only some of them appear on tablet. Most of them don't appear to be preset. That would just mean they're not on the WebDAV server. See Files Not Syncing. Another thing is that when I open a pdf that is eve…

I'm not sure what you mean by that. What were you using on the old computer? How did you switch to Zotero Storage after this problem started? That wouldn't make any sense. In any case, the Debug ID shows you opening stored files that don't exist on…

Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through getting this sync error, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
-
Fixed now in Zotero Connector 5.0.167 — thanks.

Your disk is full.

@ono2000 is using Zotero Storage, so I assume this is about stored files, not linked files. But I'm not sure what "the PDF library" means, then. @ono2000, what's the exact message you're receiving for one of the files? Can you provide a Debug ID fo…

Start by updating to Zotero 7. If you're still having trouble after that, check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero settings. If that passes, provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing th…

Start by upgrading to Zotero 7. If you're still seeing the problem, provide a Debug ID for reproducing it.
-
@caosx: If you can reproduce a problem with no plugins installed, provide a Debug ID and exact steps for reproducing it in a new, empty note.
-
OK, so you have a saved search with a super-long name beginning with "https://d.docs.live.net". If you don't see it, it's being hidden by a plugin when not in Troubleshooting Mode.
-
Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces this? But if you're getting this error, you still have a search somewhere. It's possible some plugin is hiding it, so you should make sure you've restarted in Troubles…
-
Just look at your saved searches and find the one with a really long name. It's possible it was created by a plugin.
-
That means what it says. You have a saved search with a name that's too long. Nothing to do with WebDAV.
-
Again, I linked to step-by-step instructions. We can't explain this more clearly than what it says there.
-
I'm not sure what you mean by that. This is about the automatic backups Zotero makes in your data directory, which should not be in a cloud storage folder. I linked to precise instructions for restoring from the automatic backups.
-
This would likely be fixed in the Zotero 7.1 beta: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/123767/available-for-beta-testing-improved-attachment-saving
-
You tried both automatic backups? That would go back a couple days. Also note the part about temporarily disabling auto-sync so the deletion isn't just applied again.
-
If you just did this, you may be able to recover it from the last automatic backup.
-
@ghostagw: As explained above, some ports are just blocked in current versions of Firefox/Zotero. It has nothing to do with your security software or firewall. Change your server to use a different port. If that's really not an option, you can confi…

You don't need to create a new account. Just add your personal email address to your existing account. To transfer your library without syncing, see Option B here: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/transferring_a_library
-
You can assign a keyboard shortcut to open the citation dialog. https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_shortcuts
-
You can paste AR3DWXGD into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see the attachment in question. If you don't want it, you can delete it and empty the trash.
-
OK, try again now. (You have a large video file that's taking a long time to upload, and that was causing an error after some recent changes.)
-
A web app could use the web API, yes: https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/web_api/v3/ For development questions, please post to zotero-dev, but you'll need to start with the documentation there.
-
I explained above what we need. There's no point in posting further if you don't provide that.
-
What exact version of Windows and Word?
-
Fundamentally, though, the Safari extension system is just really buggy and unstable, so there's not a lot we can do here — again, this isn't any sort of general problem on 15.5. It's possible to scan for registration errors in the Console app when …

That looks correct. You can try running the Zotero 7.1 beta to see if that makes a difference.
