You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need. But if this is about saving from CNKI, Zotero is getting a 403 Forbidden error trying to export citation data. It lo…

View → Columns and View → Sort By. The latter also shows keyboard shortcuts.

Thanks. This is fixed already in the Zotero 7.1 beta. https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/122235/title-in-the-plugin-selection-windows-dialog-add-on-plugin

https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/123955/title-of-attachment-a1-saved-to-attachment-a2-when-switching-from-a1-to-a2 This is fixed in the Zotero 7.1 beta. We'll see if we can include this fix in 7.0.16.

What's the actual problem? -P should launch the profile manager. This doesn’t have anything to do with your browser. (That’s not the same “chrome”.)
-
Customize the citation and use Omit Author. See "Narrative Citations with Omit Author” there. Don't edit the citation in the document.
-
There's no general issue. If it's still happening, we'd want to see a Debug ID for an attempt that fails.
-
We always need an example URL for problems with saving. If you're having trouble saving across many sites, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.

I mean, the start page can only be so long — you can't expect every single article in the documentation to be linked from there. There's already too much there. The knowledge base is the first link under "Getting the Most Out of Zotero", because it…

(Sorry, I missed the mention of capitalization.)

Paste "73NQSH9H" into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode from the root of My Library. That should show you the attachment that's causing this. There's a forward slash in the filename that shouldn't be there. Zotero shouldn't have l…

This would happen if you moved data between macOS accounts without fixing the permissions. You can fix this from the bottom of the File → Get Info window in Finder, but you'll need to look up how to do that, since it's not related to Zotero. All the…

If it works in a new, empty document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents — linked from that dialog — for the existing document.

Zotero's APA styles are extremely accurate, so this is likely some sort of misunderstanding. First, nothing gets "saved" in APA format — data just gets saved to your library, and then later it's formatted in whatever style you select in your docume…

No, it’s a server-side limit.

That's not a Debug ID.
-
I linked to instructions.
-
That's working for me. Are you trying this from your browser or from "Get additional styles…" in the Zotero settings? If the former, what browser? Can you provide a Debug ID from either the Zotero Connector or Zotero (depending on which you're usin…

No, this is likely just some weird bot protection thing on PMC. It's possible we can circumvent it, but it's not a normal thing you'd have to do when using Zotero. (One similar exception is JSTOR, where you have to click through and accept terms an…

Note that you can install Zotero without admin privileges. It will simply install to AppData\Local\Zotero.
-
I'm not sure if this is new, but it looks like there's an intermediate page the first time you try to download a PDF from PMC in a session. Click through to the PDF once, wait for the loading page to go away, and then once you're at the PDF, click b…

Can you provide an example URL? PubMed doesn't have PDFs. Do you mean PubMed Central?

If you're using Word in full-screen mode, macOS switches you out of full-screen mode in order to display the citation dialog, which is part of the Zotero app. If you're just using Word in a window, Zotero should generally show the citation dialog o…

We can consider that, but note that that would still require making Zotero the default handler for PDF files on your system (or at least right-clicking and opening a file with Zotero).
-
You can just double-click the first word to select it and Shift-click the end. You don't have to drag to select anything unless there's punctuation or something that won't be selected by the double-click.
-
You somehow set your data directory to the root of your disk. Change it back to the default location.
-
Can you test now and let us know if it still happens?
-
You're not syncing with the account you're posting from. Look at your sync settings to find out the account, and then email storage@zotero.org and ask for your storage subscription to be transferred.
-
I guess browsers and other apps with non-editable text do allow you to just click at a point within the text and then use Shift-click. We'll see if we can enable that in the reader.
-
Ah, yeah, that might be.
