Right, ZotFile hasn't been updated to work with Zotero 7. There are other plugins that provide equivalent functionality. It depends on what exactly you're trying to do.

There's no need to use an old version of Zotero. Zotero 7 itself and various plugins provide equivalent functionality as ZotFile.
