You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.

I'd strongly encourage you not to change random settings in the Config Editor that you don't understand. Most of those are from the underlying Mozilla platform and have nothing to do with Zotero, and some can cause unexpected problems. We won't prov…

What exactly happens when you try to cite? Can you provide a screenshot?

Yes, this is a known issue: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/468329/#Comment_468329

Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing this?

Being able to navigate the table of contents with the keyboard after you click within it is a feature, not a bug — that's just the standard way a pane like that works, in PDF readers and most other software. If you want to move focus to the document…

You also shouldn't start from a copy of another database — that can cause problems down the line. Just close Zotero, delete everything in the new data directory, and start Zotero again.
-
You don't have to do anything remotely like that. You just have to create a new folder and point Zotero at it. Zotero will create the database automatically. I'm not sure what message you're referring to, but this was some sort of misunderstanding.

What do you mean by "stopped saving my documents"? See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need. That's also not a valid Report ID.

If you're saying you're getting an error in a new, empty document, we'd want a Report ID and the exact steps you're taking to reproduce it. If it's only happening in an existing document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents. (Do…

Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?
-
See Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero, and if you're still having trouble, provide the info requested there.

The first thing to try would just be making any data change to one of the items in the online library that you don't see locally. But if you can actually reproduce a new item not being synced, then yes, we'd want to see a Debug ID for that. It has …
-
The new data directory would get created in the home folder, not within the original data directory. As it says in the instructions, you might have to create one manually and set it in the new profile.
-
Start by updating to Zotero 7. If it still happens, reset your styles from the Advanced → Files and Folders section of the Zotero settings. If it still happens after that, provide a Debug ID for reproducing it.

Email support@zotero.org with details.

The newly added citations or the previous citations? Generally it would be previously added citations that wouldn't be highlighted, because they were accidentally flattened. I'm not sure what you would mean by new citations not being highlighted. …

It doesn't need to be a new item. It needs to be exactly what it asks for in the section I quoted above.
-
But you haven't provided what it asks for — that's why I quoted it. It asks for very specific information and a Debug ID for a very specific sync.
-
OK, so this is about items, not files, so the first link applies: If you're still having trouble, post to the Zotero Forums […] with a Debug ID for the first sync after making a change that doesn't sync (e.g., making a change to an item in the onlin…

The profile folder and the data directory are separate. Creating a new profile should generally create a similarly named data directory, but you can check whether that happened from the Advanced → Files and Folders section of the Zotero settings.
-
But what do you mean by "files […] are not appearing"? Can you provide a screenshot showing the problem?
-
You may have denied Zotero's permission to access other app data when initially prompted. Restart your computer and try again. You should also update to a current version of Sequoia.
-
What's the problem, exactly? If this is about library data, see Changes Not Syncing. If it's about files, see Files Not Syncing.

Zotero Connector preferences → Proxies → click on proxy → remove PubMed from hosts list

And now? (It looks like this file took more than 30 minutes to upload, so it timed out.)

Are you using a plugin like Better Notes to write the note? That's extremely unlikely to happen with just text you wrote yourself — the length limit is very high (though it's technically a byte limit, so it's effectively lower if you're writing with…
