This generally happens when people delete Zotero data outside of Zotero while trying to clear disk space: https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data#locating_missing_zotero_data

You can already tap along the side of pages to turn the page.

@tjvanrooyen01: Is this an institutional computer? How much RAM? Did you get a specific error, or did nothing happen when you tried to start it? If you reinstall Zotero from the download page over your current version, does it work? (Your data won…

@kvdlfilm: This is fixed in Zotero 7.0.17, available now via Help → Check for Updates. Thanks for reporting.

It's possible to export PDFs — with or without annotations — from the reader in the latest version of the app. (Android also provides a mechanism for sharing files with other apps in a read-only way that we might be able to support in a future ver…

You can try temporarily disabling or removing those add-ins to see if that makes a difference.
-
Do you have other add-ins? No idea if this could help, but you could try moving your existing Normal.dotm out of the way and see if that makes a difference.
-
I'm not aware of any way to customize this, but add-in tabs should only ever be at the end of the ribbon after the built-in tabs, so something strange is happening if you're seeing it elsewhere.

You didn't provide a Report ID. But we'll need you to keep an eye on it and let us know what specific actions cause a spike in memory usage that doesn't later subside. We're not aware of any causes of this other than malfunctioning plugins. The rea…

@joaofrgomes: It's because of your locale. We'll fix — thanks.

For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.
-
You'll need to say what exactly happens. See Reporting Problems for the two things we always need in order to help.

We're looking into a potential problem with Google Docs in Safari in Zotero 7.0.16, which was just released. For the moment, you can use Google Docs integration in a different browser.
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for actually reproducing this? Yours just shows Zotero starting up.
-
And what do you have to do to get it to go up that high? Can you identify a particular action that's causing the memory usage to go up incrementally and not go back down? Can you provide a Report ID?

Updates are automatic. New versions contain important bug fixes and new features (7.0.16, for instance, provides greatly improved attachment saving, among other important fixes), and we can only provide support for the current version of the app. I…

Does [Zotero 7.0.15] work? No longer necessary. See this thread for details. I would also appreciate to suppress Zotero Pop-up asking to upgrade version as it seems to be some sort of virus... Virus? What are you talking about? If there's a problem …

@jonthurston1: OK, this could happen if you had a tab open from a group library you hadn't opened since starting Zotero. This is fixed now in Zotero 7.0.16.

Try Zotero 7.0.16, available now via Help → Check for Updates.
