Do you mean in the item pane header? You may need to reselect a Header Citation Style in the General pane of the settings.
-
Sorry, I don't know what you mean here. Can you provide some screenshots that illustrate the problem?

What are you trying to do with them? Those are always disabled by default. "Back" becomes active when you click an intra-PDF link, and "Forward" becomes active after you use "Back".
-
But is your question actually about Retrieve Metadata, or do you just mean you can't open the file on Android? If the latter, see Files Not Syncing.
-
That would mean you either weren’t using Zotero on this computer or you accidentally deleted the data directory, such as when trying to clean up disk space. And then separately, the permissions are incorrect in your home folder, preventing Zotero fr…

It’s about the data directory — follow the link I gave above. It has nothing to do with the app itself, and reinstalling wouldn’t make a difference.
-
You or they likely saved the file in the wrong format. See Existing Citations Not Detected.
-
See Files Not Syncing. (I'm not sure what this has to do with the Zotero Connector or the Google (Docs?) plugin, though.)
-
That suggests that your Zotero data directory is no longer writable by your OS user account. This could be due to file permissions or security software. If this is an institutional computer, you should ask your IT department for help.

@panrium: 1) https://www.zotero.org/support/forum_guidelines#etiquette 2) Make sure you're on the latest version of the iOS app, and if you're still having trouble, provide a screenshot of what you're seeing.
-
@r.castellanod: That's available in the Zotero beta and will be in the next major version.
-
We'd need a Report ID to start.
-
@yanglham: As I say above, you can reinstall Chicago 17 styles from the settings or the styles page. This is the process that's followed — by Zotero and all other CSL-based tools — whenever there's a major update to a bundled style. The bundled styl…

You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.

No, you’re misremembering this. Again, metadata retrieval is coming, but it has never been a feature of the iOS app. It’s a feature of the desktop app.
-
You would need to switch to Zotero if you want our help. Jurism has been abandoned by its developer for years. You should be able to transfer your data by syncing.
-
You can create an item by identifier from the + menu and then drag a standalone attachment on top of it. The iOS app doesn't yet support retrieving metadata for PDFs, but that's coming soon — it's currently available in the beta version. Generally…
-
If you can capture a Debug ID and/or a screen recording of it happening (which you can post here or email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread), that would be helpful.
-
Sorry, but we can only help with Zotero. Jurism isn't our software and is no longer maintained.
-
When you switched sync accounts, Zotero warned you that it would delete all local data for the old account, required you to check a checkbox saying "Remove all data for “[old account]” from this computer", and said to make sure you either had upload…

What Android version is this?
-
@vlojen: You'll need to say more. What exactly are you doing and what's happening? We'll also want a Debug ID for reproducing it.
-
You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing.

@Yeo_reum: Done.

See Files Not Syncing.

You're syncing with a different account. Check the username you're syncing with in the Sync pane of the settings, and then email storage@zotero.org with details and we can transfer your subscription.

That's syncing with a different account, as you can see. If you'd like us to transfer your storage subscription, email storage@zotero.org with details.
