(You have Zotero 7.0.24, not 7.0.5.) You may be trying to install the beta version of Better Notes, which only works with the Zotero 8 beta. You need the stable version for Zotero 7.

How long is the document? Mac Word integration can currently be quite slow, so it could easily take an hour or more in a very large document. Can you restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID for clicking Add/Edit Bibliography and waiting 10 minutes or…

That's a 401 Unauthorized error from the WebDAV server. That's all we can tell you.
-
You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. If you're referring to an error trying to use the Word plugin, does it work in a new, empty document? If so, see see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents for the …

Meaning you get an error trying to open the PDFs or you don't see some library items in the library on the iPad at at all?
-
Meaning that you manually edited the Zotero-created bibliography in the document? You can't do that — Zotero needs to update the bibliography as you use the plugin. You can add uncited items to the bibliography by clicking Add/Edit Bibliography and …

Click Add/Edit Citation, not Insert Note. Insert Note is for adding Zotero notes to your document.

See Changes Not Syncing.

This should be fixed in the latest Zotero beta.

That's a Report ID, not a Debug ID.
-
You would need to post the Debug ID here if you want us to look at it.

HTTP OPTIONS https://app.koofr.net/dav/Koofr/zotero/ failed with 429 Too many login retries You're getting blocked with a 429 Too Many Requests. That's all we can tell you.

1) You should install the 64-bit version from the download page (though it won't matter for this). 2) See Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.

We'd want a specific example of an item you created elsewhere that didn't appear on iOS — specifically, the zotero.org URL after clicking the item in the web library.

Why confusing? When reporting sync issues here, it's very important to be clear whether you're referring to library data or files. You talked about "syncing" not working, and "items" syncing or not, and "missing data" on some devices, and a "modific…

Start by updating to Zotero 7 from the download page. You're still running Zotero 6. Your data won't be affected. If you're still having trouble after that, provide another Debug ID from Zotero for reloading Google Docs and trying again.

OK, yeah, not related to Zotero in any way, then. Thanks for experimenting with this. Someone will need to figure out what else on the system is causing this.

Deleting 'storage' wouldn't have affected your library data in any way, though, only attachment files. It sounds like you deleted the entire data directory, including the zotero.sqlite database. To be clear, are you talking only about items you add…

OK, so if 1) you created a totally unrelated .dotm file, 2) you named it Zotero.dotm and put it in your Word Startup folder, and 3) Word is opening while the Zotero app is closed, something else on your computer is opening that file. Does reinstall…

Can you show the entire window? That doesn't look right.

It's compatible — many people use it in Safari. But the Safari extension framework is just much buggier in general. Again, though, you may just be looking in the wrong place. You need to go to “Safari” menu → “Settings” → “Extensions”, not “Safari”…

No, please always start new threads for new issues — the thread you posted to isn't remotely related to your question. I've moved this to a new thread. What word processor, how large is the document, and how long have you waited? If you continue …

I'm afraid there's no other answer. The plugin gets registered by macOS, not by us, and if it's not working, that's a macOS bug. Make sure you have the latest version of macOS, delete the app from Applications, restart your Mac, redownload the app,…

I can only add and edit citations by using Cntl+Alt+C. Directly clicking on the citation doesn't work. It's possible the citation dialog is appearing behind your browser window. Look through your other windows. (The window would belong to the Zotero…

Those are the things that work. You should try restarting your computer if you haven't. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/safari_compatibility#extension_not_showing_up_save_button_missing_or_flickering

Does it happen if the Zotero app is closed?
