If that's only the web version of Word (as the MS site suggests), then no, not currently. We're working with Microsoft to make a version possible for the web version of Word, but currently only the desktop version is supported.

You've selected a numeric citation style in the plugin's Document Preferences window. If you'd like a name, choose an author-date style like APA.

Start by installing Zotero 7.0.27 from the download page. (Your version, 7.0.16, won't currently auto-update to the latest version.) Your data won't be affected.

Close Zotero and move the "Zotero" folder to your home folder (C:\Users\:username:\). When you open Zotero, it should ask you whether you want to switch back to the default location.
