Was this issue ever resolved? I see that the "toggle tag selector" is no longer listed in the shortcuts tab, under edit>preferences>advanced. Was a new shortcut not assigned?

Thanks so much. I tried your suggestion, but am still unable to copy items from group libraries I do not own to my personal library. The trash in my personal library has been emptied.

This fix would be greatly appreciated, moving items between collections without the mouse is next to impossible and workarounds are incredibly time-consuming.
