I'm not sure I understand your issue. Are you saying that your PDF files which you have on your Mac are not available on your iPad? Or do you see them in your list of items but you can't open those PDFs?

The error message says "The network connection was lost.". Does your issue persist? Does your internet connection on given device work?

So you were logged in before, opened the app and you were shown login screen, correct? When you input your username and password again, it won't log you in again?

Unfortunately we can't really help you with your WebDAV provider. You have to talk to their support to figure out why you start getting 429 frequently.

I see your WebDAV requests are failing with 429 - "Too Many Requests". That probably also happens when trying to download the file. I see you're using Koofr, maybe you'll find some help here - https://koofr.eu/help/koofr_with_webdav/i-am-getting-a-…

Can you try long pressing the attachment, choose Remove Download and then try to re-download again (just tap the attachment). If it still doesn't work let me know.
