Can you share the pdf link which creates an empty item for you? It's definitely possible to just share the pdf directly to zotero, it should detect the metadata as well and create a proper item with attachment.

Rotating PDF pages is not available on iOS. You can rotate it on Zotero desktop app if needed.

You're being rate limited by your WebDAV provider. Request to https://app.koofr.net/dav/Koofr/zotero/ fails with 429 and "Too many login retries". Perhaps you provided incorrect username/password?

Yes the error message was most likely caused by what you described. I'll see if I can get my hands on another device to reproduce this, but even if it would log you in, you'd have to sync your library again and I assume you're safely logged in now, …

I'm not sure I understand your issue. Are you saying that your PDF files which you have on your Mac are not available on your iPad? Or do you see them in your list of items but you can't open those PDFs?
