Hi, the PDFs that are lagging are big PDFs (either by file size or pages count)? Do they have a lot of annotations? Or can you see even some small PDFs lagging? Does the app also lag outside of PDFs? Do you have multiple windows opened?

You used the "Start Full Sync Debugging" feature which is not helpful here. Please check the steps here. After you start debug logging try downloading some PDF and waiting for a while before tapping the stop button.

Can you reproduce this? If yes, can you provide more info? What screen did you have open in the zotero window? How were you annotating the epub? When did the app crash? Immediately after you annotated or did you tap on the annotation?
