It seems that the suggested change is not working anymore. Probably they have added/deleted some lines of code here and there and so the line numbers indicated in the previous posts are not the same anymore. Do you have any suggestion?
-
Thank you both!
-
Yeah Dan! You were right, now everything works fine. Many thanks.

Thanks Dan, I will disable it straightway. In the meantime, this is my debug id, D124447753.
-
I should add that since the update any operation such as the editing of an entry, is extremely slow. Any further suggestion?
-
Thanks Dan, I don't force-quit it. the sync just gets an error at some point. this is the debug id, 2000844024

Any suggestion?

It's no more compatible with the last version of Zotero standalone. Am I right?

Here the solution https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/25391/trouble-synching-to-second-computer-report-id-1829966110/

I see. Using the field "# of pages" it should be possible to set the number of introductory pages and the number of pages of the main text. It might appear something like "viii, 239." However, for the moment there is not a solution to this issue, ri…

Any suggestion? As I said I think that it is quite a minor problem, but since I have just started to study a bit of code I don't have the knowledge to work it out. Many thanks for your help.

many thanks, although it seems that also the upgraded version doesn't work properly. do you know whether the problem persists for other users, too?
-
Yes, that would precisely be what is needed to make zotfile be integrated with RTF-scan. In the meanwhile, I have another trouble. After having included the changes you suggested, my code looks like the following: if(Zotero.ZotFile.prefs.getBoolPre…

Thanks a lot. I tried and it seems to work fine. It might be one of the next changes in the 2.3.1 version, might it not?
-
Yes, I know. I changed also the semicolon before the page with a comma, according to the formats recognised by the RTF-scan.
-
Thanks a lot. The problem was precisely the fact that I was zipping the dir and not just the content. Now everything works fine. I modified the xpi to make Zotfile quote pdf annotations by using tags recognised by the RTF-scan. To be clear, this i…

Many thanks. Alfredo

Many thanks for your comment. I have already worked several times in codes within xpi files, but I can not figure out why this time it does't work. What I did is to download the xpi file of zotfile; to change the extension into zip; to decompress th…

Here a post related to this discussion: http://blogs.eui.eu/zotero/sort-a-bibliography-by-type.html

It works! I had to modify a bit the code as the Chicago style has already a sort macro and so you have to delete first that macro and then write what you have suggested. Thanks a lot!
-
Sure! I will do that. Thank you.

I am right now working in the British library catalogue in the Firefox environment and Zotero is not able to recognize items neither. It is really a shame that the catalogue of one of the most important library in the world does not work with Zotero!
-
Can I ask to change my name account?

Zotero in Safari environment does not work with the new British Library catalogue neither.
