Figure this thread is meant for further requests? First off, just a note of thanks for all the work on developing this: I so love being able to do all these things in Zotero itself. A couple of minor requests after my brief exposure: 1. There is …

I like to take item notes that reflect the structure of the document using expandable/collapsible headings for sections/chapters. Is there any interest in this? (edit: I currently use workflowy for this).

I'll add my vote!

This is still happening for me. Cf. this thread: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/77128/error-report-id-1811150348/p1

I have the same issue when using Ctrl + i to turn on/off italics in notes: the app will frequently freeze and have to be restarted (latest error report id: 1219916685). Super annoying. edit: this is using standalone Zotero 5.0.95 in Windows 10

Cool thanks.

Thank you Dan! Worked fine.

I guess similar to this thread: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/74872/persistence-of-collapsed-state-of-items

I could clarify: when I browse away from a subcollection, all entries are collapsed. It would be helpful if I could click back on a subcollection after doing something else, and the entries I've expanded for work remain so.

I have placed the [Number] in the 'Loc. in Archive' field, which has the advantage of even sounding kinda right.
-
Ok, thanks.

The target dropdown in the hyperlink insert dialogue also seems a bit unsequitured (for the Standalone).

I pick you! ;)

Hi. Is 'Enter' to open an attachment still being considered? I'm very fond of expanding items with the arrow keys, and Enter to open the pdf seems natural to me. I use the standalone, so I only have my default viewer as an option: is the browser/ext…

You could always use the 'dir' command from the command line. Run 'cmd.exe' cd\[location of your zotero storage (find in zotero preferences>advanced) cls dir /s>contents.txt You can sort how you like (cf. http://www.computerhop…

The MS Word shortcut for small caps is CTRL+SHIFT+K.

Is there some way to petition development? It would make my library look much tidier and give me confidence that I'm not screwing things up.

Is it possible to have the Zotero Info Pane italicize words once out of editing (ie, once we hit enter and are no longer editing the field)? That is, show the markup codes when editing a field, but have them visualized/implemented when out of editin…

See, for example, this entry: "[324] HERREN, Michael, Latin Lettm in Earl), Christian Irclal1d (Collected Studies Series), Aldershot (Varionlln), 1996, XII + 348 pp. and 2 tables. Contains the reprint of the articles Brennan n.100, Van Rie…

I'm actually making this for a group library. If an item is a reprint of a previous item, the printed annotation refers back to the original by [Number]. In my local library I can just link to the previous item in the 'Related' tab, but as far as I …

Please note that dmiller's tangential request above has not been addressed. A number of threads have addressed aspects of this: http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/12228/sort-bibliography-by-page-number/ http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/19573…

Thanks.

Hi Dan. Can you please clarify: I have NO PROGRESS BAR when in app-tab mode: is this one of the toggle issues whose fix is on its way? Thanks.
-
That's it! Thanks for the direction!

I think it was clear enough that I was talking about Zotero file storage, and as for your suspicions, well, good to know.
-
It certainly does, I agree. It's only cost, like the 15¢/Gb flexibility of Amazon, that brings alternatives into the pic. for me. Thanks for your feedback.
-
Thanks, Dan. It would be extremely helpful, in that case, if the attachment report/listing on the Zotero site could provide the name of the folder in which it is stored locally (item id). Has this been discussed?
-
Just to clarify... I'm able to access my storage through JungleDisk itself, but I don't see how to locate a particular file in this way, because the stored folder structure has those weird random names, which can't be decoded without the Zotero plug…

right-click on the desired item in your library (in zotero's middle pane), and generate report. the page which comes up will have something like "zotero://report/items/0_6HTHABCD/html/report.html" in the address bar, where the info between items and…

try zotero://select/(item id)
