• Because it doesn't always work - sometimes data is missing. Also, it works if I've found the file on a computer that's not mine, I can email the ris file to myself for later.

• That did work - though I was only able to find out where to do it on the Windows version - from what I've read you can't do it on the Mac. However, at least I now know that I can do it on the PC, if needed. Once again, thanks for the help.
