I moved and deleted Normal.dotm a bunch of times, restarting Word. Its location also made no difference. Still no Z with drop-down menu. Zotero.dotm still appears in Word startup items.

I had the same fuzziness of print, OS 10.6.5 and Firefox 3.6.13, Zotero 2.0, and inability to enter data in the Info box. Disabling a theme fixed it. Is this incompatibility fixed in the newer Beta version?
