Make sure you're citations are actually still active. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/existing_citations_not_detected If they're not then it can also not sort them anymore.

Kannst du mal auf einen komplett anderen Stil wechseln und dann wieder zurück? So wie du das beschreibst ist das nicht ein Fehler im Stil selbst.

You could use this Vancouver variant: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:mary-ann-liebert-vancouver Otherwise you can edit the citation style to include it. If the above style doesn't work for you, which exact(!) style are you using?

"true" ist richtig. Du WILLST ja den hanging indent. Wenn es richtig definiert ist muss das aber noch in der Formatvorlage "Bibliographie" in Word selbst noch eingestellt werden.

Theoretically, you could edit your citation style and remove the authors from showing in the in-text citation. And when you want to have them you'd add them to the prefix field. Note though that then the style won't automatically shorten the authors…

What URL are you getting the paper from? Just delete the information from the extra field and it will render correctly.

Turn on field codes and look for the stray citation and delete that. You can use the search functionality. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/word_field_codes

Your 2nd question relates to the citation style you are using. Without knowing that we can not help. Some styles don't have the language set, so those you could change to en-GB in the Document preferences in Word.

You can not mix citation styles like that. You can use an author-date style though and use the Word functionality for footnotes though to add citations there if that helps.
