Try this. Note that the Director also needs to be entered as "Director". I get: Se7en. 1995. [DVD] Directed by David Fincher. New Line Cinema. Available at: . https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/d79b34c6c97a62f0da7c73…

ARU clearly shows that they don't want a director's name for films: https://library.aru.ac.uk/referencing/harvard.htm

It's a simple change to make and I'm happy to explain how to. Does this make sense for the everyone though? I can't seem to find the official guidelines for this style. Does this publisher (?) also publish in other languages? If so I'd rather make …

Style for the Journal of Prosthodontics now available: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:journal-of-prosthodontics

See the following guide and add the missing info into this thread and we'll take a look. https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/master/REQUESTING.md#requesting-csl-styles
-
You can request a style following this guide. Please make a new thread. https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/master/REQUESTING.md#requesting-csl-styles

You can use a citation style that is shorter than what you currently use. But I assume the journal you're submitting to has a specific style they want? Which journal is it?
-
I made the style on 28/12/2022. It's under review. You can use this meanwhile: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/raw/89cf62af3d81cbe6c00e72fe62a1b7ab5468b23e/life-science-alliance.csl

The translations are drawn from a library, but you can override them in your style. That's done a lot. See for example this style's "locale" section that defines some terms the style wants different from the standard translations. https://www.zotero…

I'll log your request, but we'll need the EXACT examples given here as well as an openly accessible example paper as outlined here: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/master/REQUESTING.md#requesting-csl-styles

Excellent. Have a go with this style: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/raw/69a936a029e7c9e97e8aee6f8ae67d4c15fa1629/frontiers.csl

The style does this correctly. Make sure you have nothing in your Extra field that changes the type of the item.
-
1. comma in text: We usually go by typeset papers. If you look at recently published papers you can clearly see a comma. E.g. "...electron shells or orbitals (Taber, 2005; Stefani and Tsaparlis, 2009) but n..." See: https://www.frontiersin.org/art…
-
That's still not correct. The keyword is "exact". ;)
-
Hi, The style already does this correctly. Try it out in a new document with a bunch of sample citations.

I've had a go at the style. You can test it out. Let me know if you find any issues. (note, there are some discrepancies between guidelines and published papers (.pdfs.) https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/500d130ace322…
