I've logged your request, but it'll be a while till I get to it as I'm currently busy with other projects. (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zc3Sl4JU7Ltu0Q55-OB0QYCJbYiguVXwpc_BzBLLZcA/edit#gid=128551622)

You can turn off ibid completely and that style already exists. Alternatively, there is the near-note-distance setting that has a default of 5. You could lower that and see if it makes a difference. https://docs.citationstyles.org/en/stable/specifi…

Zotero doesn't know where a page ends and starts, so this is not possible.
-
There currently is no way to have separate bibliographies by chapter. The easiest approach is to keep the chapters as separate documents and then combine them before handing in your manuscript.
-
"in the meantime" meant just that. I gave you a style you can use meanwhile we prepare a custom style.
-
I think you should be able to do this with JavaScript. See "Batch editing" on: https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/client_coding/javascript_api
-
Logged. In the meantime, you can use http://www.zotero.org/styles/organic-geochemistry (Correct example [1] Campbell, J.L., Pedersen, O.K., 2007. The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success. Comparative Political Studies 40(3), 307–332. )

Bitte keine Doppelposts machen. Absolut nicht notwendig, vor allem wenn grad erst 24h abgelaufen sind. Zeile 113: aus wird machen. Generelle Anleitung hier: https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/citation_styles/style_editing_step-by-ste…

You need to find something or a combination of things (is type 1, 2, 3 and has variable 1, 2, 3) that is UNIQUE for the UN items... Sadly we cannot test for the actual content of variables.
-
Those examples you found that can be input into the extra field are all CSL variables. That's why you can request them with a style, even if Zotero doesn't have that metadata field for a specific item. So, you cannot just "invent" new CSL variables…

Make sure you have the 'Include URLs of journal articles in references' box ticked in Zotero > Preferences > Cite. It certainly works for me. E.g.: Campbell, J.L. and Pedersen, O.K. (2007) The Varieties of Capitalism and Hybrid Success. Compa…

5) Zotero is meant to make your life easier and avoid any manual edits. It's a simple setting and with it (cite collapsing) that works. The comma and semi-colon come from different places. Please ask next time. ;) 6) hanging indent was already set.…

You can add it to the Extra field like this: DOI: 10.1234/56789 This will get picked up by citation styles, and it will be migrated to a proper DOI field when one is available.
-
You enter them in the same "cite bubble". See this image and how there are 2 different works cited: https://www.zotero.org/support/_media/word_integration/citation-dialog-affixes-5.png See https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage

I had a quick go at it, but the style is rather low quality, so it really needs a full rebuild. (you fix one thing, which breaks another thing...) https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/e2c7362bc67ee50813548b9dd72da68c6343…

See "Using Mendeley Citations" on https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/mendeley_import Dont use the Bib files they sent. That'll create new items and cannot necessarily be matched up.
-
The style does this correct. E.g. (Campbell and Pedersen 2007, 244–52; Just Have a Think 2023) (Isaacson 2011, 244–52) Try in a new document.
-
You're looking in the wrong place. In Word, in the Zotero tab under "Document Preferences". See https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage
-
You can change the citation style. There is a few thousand available. https://www.zotero.org/styles Or if you tell us which you're actually currently using, we could give a recommendation.
-
Naja, wo kommt denn das "S. 33" her? Aus dem "citation-locator" Makro. Dann schaust du dort, wie das aufgebaut ist und siehst da im Endeffekt, dass das aus einem label und einer variable besteht. In dem Fall ist da noch ein "conditional" eingebaut,…

Did you sync to your Web Library? You should be able to see items here: https://www.zotero.org/t480/library

Die Layout Sektion, die in Zeile 1739 anfängt, damit austauschen:

Hi, I just need a link to the guidelines and a link to a paper.
-
This should actually work as you describe. You can either hit the "Refresh" button and the references should update or turn on "Automatic updates" so it does that every single time you change something (not recommended for large documents). For th…

Can you confirm that the citations are actually active citations? (see above link again) Are you using endnotes, by any chance?
-
(Should we create a CSL/journals/iop/ based dependent here or just a "manual" one?)
-
Can you provide the name of the journal, a link to the guidelines and a link to an open access example paper? Then we can make a custom style if necessary.
