The grand majority of these are so-called dependent styles. They are only a link to the parent style. That way people find a style specific to a certain style easier. That's why they also don't show up when you click "show unique styles".

Ah, silly me. Make sure that you have the box "Include Urls for paper articles" in Zotero's preferences under "Cite". ;)

The various terms get added IF the item has a URL (and does so for nearly all item types). Do you actually have a URL in the item? Also, do you have anything in your extra field?
