Open the style, in the first line you will find "default-locale="en-US"". Change that to en-GB. Guide: https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/citation_styles/style_editing_step-by-step

Is there public guidelines for this now? I've looked into it and while I can make the changes it opens up some questions.

Are you sure that you have the author-date set under Document Preferences in the Zotero tab in Word? It looks like you have the full-note style selected.

I'm not exactly sure what you want to achieve, but I think if you have "My Library" selected and press Ctrl+A you can select literally all entries in your library and then right click, do the "Create Bibliography from items...".

This would NEVER get to the second else-if, as 100% of cases will already be handled by the first else-if (they are identical in what they test for). What do you want to achieve?
