That is the page label. Line 444 has that set for the pages macro. Delete it and wherever you call that macro it'll not show anymore.
-
- thread title wrong - ISSNs missing - link to guidelines missing - Link to freely available papers missing - Exact (!) examples not adapted to the style's requirements (your thread needs to contain the word Mares)
-
See "https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/wiki/Requesting-Styles" for requesting a style. Please change the title of this thread as well as add the requested information. Thank you.
-
These things fall through the cracks, especially if it's a niche and complex issue that needs a volunteer to take time and find a custom solution for you. Feel free to bump a thread after a few days though. That's totally fine. In this case, you ca…

Assuming you're using vanilla vancouver.csl. Open the style and change line 345 tp: You'll also need to change the file name, id, link as explained here: https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/citation_styles/style_editing_step-by-step
-
You can use the suffix field for this. I assume you're citing in footnotes? See https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage

As you know by know, our Funcitonal Ecology "style" really is just a pointer to APA. APA italicises the title for theses. That's why. Wiley journals always have terrible guidelines, in this case they don't even show any examples on their author gu…

You're mixing the presentation in the bibliography with a disambiguation feature for in-text citations. (adamsmith, I think the journal adds last names to disambiguate, e.g. "(Bayliss, Papeş, et al., 2022; Bayliss, Mueller, et al., 2022), so we mig…

See "Omit author": https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage

Generally, this wouldn't be called "Style request", but a style error. I've submitted a PR to fix the style. https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/758aa4aac591283558d85eded578007a3d1fae7b/sage-harvard.csl

Such a change really does not take much technical expertise. You open the style in notepad, change the setting as explained, give it a different name, save the file.
-
As far as I understood your post you want to subsitute the author name with "id.". See "subsequent-author-substitute" as explained here: https://docs.citationstyles.org/en/stable/specification.html#reference-grouping
-
You would add this to the terms in the locale section of your style. (note you have several for several different languages)
-
@bwiernik in case you missed it. :)
-
I just submitted a PR to the repository for the style. You can already test it out: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/87d6c464b34afbd890e6b4949bc01b268f647310/deutsche-zeitschrift-fur-sportmedizin.csl

I guess this one slipped through the cracks. We'll take a look at it in the coming days.
-
There was a filter on. It's there. But without guidelines and/or an OA examples I cannot make a style nor will it be included in the repository.
-
Well, with the above, plus an additional comma set on names > name delimiter it looks like this for me.
-
Which journal is this for? It's probably easier for us to create a custom style for the journal than you doing it. That way also other authors wanting to submit an article have the style ready for use.
-
Ah, now I see where this stems from. Delete all instances of et-al-min="1" et-al-use-first="1" et-al-subsequent-min="1" et-al-subsequent-use-first="1" throughout your code. Generally, what is the output you want to have for the in-text portion? It…

First of all, using https://validator.citationstyles.org/, you can identify and remove some errors: Line 26: "textual" is not a valid option here. You'll want "author-date" Line 114: just delete that whole line. You're not allowed to have uncalled m…

"Lethaia" sollte passen. Ansonsten findest du noch mehr via https://editor.citationstyles.org/searchByExample/

Vancouver, as a numeric style, wouldn't and doesn't have any et al. Can you share your style via pastebin.com and show us what you actually are working with?
-
What citation style are you using and can you give examples of how to want/expect these reports and presentations to look like?
-
Thanks for clarifying. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/32871e64bd4fae23eb6c33681b965ed94b108deb/ieee.csl

I just suggested a fix for the website presentation. Give it a test: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/329459b36f985049eb239745f655a20407eecf43/ieee.csl I didn't see a difference for book chapters: Their example: L. L…

Thanks for reporting the error. Can you check if any of the other numeric Springer styles are a fit? https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=springer&format=numeric&dependent=0

I found these possibilities. As the German language tends to be precise they all specify a specific type. Abschlusarbeit Diplomarbeit Doktorarbeit Zulassungsarbeit Examensarbeit Akademische Arbeit Abhandlung

German speaker here, as is adamsmith, and I agree with him on his point. As long that there isn't a word that contains all of these, it's not worth changing.
