As it's a dependent style it only shows when it was created. The underlying parent style, springer-vancouver-brackets was last updated in 2023. Do you have reason to believe that the style is not correct? If so, what are the differences?

The language of a document's citation style is set in Word > Zotero > Document Preferences. (and not in Zotero itself)
