@aystream The online documentation they have on their website still looks like the Elsevier Vancouver style to me (e.g. Campbell JL, Pedersen OK. The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success. Comp Polit Stud 2007;40:307–32). This is a random cit…

Hi, What is wrong with the current style? Point it out with exact examples. Current Versus what's wanted etc and a volunteer will look into it. The more you do the likely it is somebody spends their time on this.

@andreas_f The style has now been created and is under review: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/2473 Be aware that the examples you had provided were not completely correct (numeric style, not author-date). As such styles dif…

@akhlaghi.mehdi This style has been created and is under review. https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/2472

Over 80 styles done, 50 or so proper journals left to do and then a whole bunch of University/Institute styles. Note for future requests that styles with the requested citation examples provided will get done quicker as it's just easier to find a ma…

Perfect. That makes sense. Thanks! I've made a pull request for it: https://github.com/citation-style-language/journals/pull/32

Hi, The "Social Studies of Science" style is actually a dependent style of SAGE Harvard. As far as I see it it does the formatting correctly and for normal books (Your Brunelli citation is a book) it doesn't give an url. Can you check in Zotero if …

@adamsmith and @Rintze Just looking into this as it's not in the repo although it's a Taylor & Francis journal. It says it's the CSE style, but the T&F CSE style doesn't really match. in-line: should be (Campbell and Pedersen 2007), but th…

it's in the repository since ages. If you click on the link I posted, you'd see the violet "merged" button which means it's merged with the repository and you can find it in the styles repository or your reference manager.

this style has been created and is now under review @thylakoid https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/2471

Hi @CraigH Just created the style: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/2469

@tereya42 and anybody else dropping in here, Plant Pathology is a very good fit for this journal. The journal itself is an Elsevier journal and should follow one of their citation styles, but it doesn't at all (bold volume). Shall I just adapt the …
-
@ewestra I had a go at this. I'm not all too sure about note styles, so hope this works. I'm under the assumption that the footnoting is done via the wordprocessor (e.g. Word etc.) and you need the author-date format for the inline-citation and the…
-
@bengreiner and @adamsmith Just saw it's actually in the repository as an independent, autogenerated ACS journal. I've edited the parent so other people don't run into this. https://github.com/citation-style-language/journals/pull/31

This style actually already exists... since 2015. Luckily it wasn't that much work. Just submitted it and it told me it exists already. https://www.zotero.org/styles/medicine-and-science-in-sports-and-exercise For anybody else in the future, this i…

Hi @scocking This is nothing out of the ordinary, so we can make this style and add it to the repo. Can you please provide all the requests here as that will make it a lot easier for us and then you can write your paper. https://github.com/citation…

I'll be looking into this over the next few weeks.

Dear @azcat1997 The style has been created and should hopefully be up on the repository within the next 48h once it's been reviewed. https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/2461

@Rintze and @adamsmith Is this a numeric or note style? Here is an open-access paper. How do they manage to have in-text numbers and then the notes on the bottom of each page? http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/bioe.12162/epdf

@lokacee Thanks for sending that over. Few more questions: all the cited literature (in the bibliography) in that article has a max of 4 authors. Can you find one where there is more authors and see if they shorten it with "et al." or if they list …

You can email it to me. You'll find my mail in the citation style. ;)

@jacobbkraus Good spot. That is fixed now and I made a pull request. https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/2456 This journal does not have an ISSN yet. Can't find it anywhere. The ones you posted are for a journal called "Zoo Biol…

@lokacee Can you check the link I sent over 4 days ago and post everything as needed and also supply a sample publication (I don't have access). Ideally one written in english and one in french in order to compare what they do with the different la…

I've made a pull request, but it hasn't been reviewed yet, so you'll have to wait till it is up on the repository or use the code from here... https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/2453

No need to find something new, @jncverhoef Obviously we'd want to have a matching style for this journal. Thanks for pointing those two things out. I've fixed them now. I've gotten into CSL recently and that was a style I made in the earlier stages…

I was who created the style... I'll look into what's wrong there.

Hi @lifestain I just had a quick look and it seemed quite easy things that were broken. It validates now, but I didn't check if the various types of references (journla article, book, chapter etc) actually look like they should, so it would be good…

@JustinPaterson Just checking the website, it states the Uni uses Cite Them Right, but also APA and OSCOLA depending on what field it is I guess. http://www.uwl.ac.uk/library/finding-and-using-information/referencing @adamsmith and @Rintze I thin…

Great to hear you now use a style with a properly defined style. We could make this style into a dependent style to cite them right. So students would be automatically use that if they used it.
