Switched sorting to ascending instead of descending (issue date). Fixed the dot. Maps: can you give an example citation i can import to Zotero so i can test that?

Since this was quite simple, I've made the style on my lunch break. You can find it on GitHub and already use it (and provide feedback), otherwise it'll take a few days after it's been reviewed and appear via the Zotero repository.
