What item type are you talking about? Webpages are output like this, which as you see, includes the accessed date: “CSL Search by Example,” Citation Style Editor, accessed December 15, 2012, http://editor.citationstyles.org/searchByExample/.

OK. The quotation marks are hardcoded in that style. Open the .csl and have a look at line 178 and change the prefix and suffix as you want. Important then is to also change lines 5 and 6. The link should be something different like http://www.zoter…

@Tomagic2000 re your question why there is no thesis in the CSL editor. You can simply use the Zotero Style editor you can find in the Zotero Preferences. there you can use any citation you fancy from your Zotero ;) thesis, patent... anything.
