Where and how have you inserted the bibliography? What citation style are you using? Is it possible you're using a footnote style?

Good. What is wrong with the style though? We'd prefer to make these changes for all the 1000s of users of CSL styles rather than just one single person. ;)

Also, have a look at Researchgate. Like a Facebook for scientists. Really useful and also suggests papers from people you've cited and you can follow people etc.
