You can show/hide section breaks via that "reverse P" button in Word. I also think there is a setting to continue footnote numbering instead of restarting it.

That would be a Word question, as Zotero only uses Word's footnote system. Do you add a section break for each page by any chance?

In Zotero, under "Cite" uncheck the box for "Include URLs for journal articles".

That's nothing to do with the style, but a data entry/import issue you are responsible for. Make sure your titles are stored in sentence case within Zotero. If they are not, right click >> sentence case.
