You can suppress the author. Click on the name in the cite bubble and check suppress author. Then they'll be included in the bibliography.

I'm at a loss then and don't know any of this Scrivener stuff. Maybe somebody else can check the style or sees something wrong with your workflow.

That's exactly what the Word/LibreOffice/GDocs add-on does when you click on "Add Bibliography" after you inserted them.

You can use North-West University - Harvard while writing and I get a style up in a few days that you can then just install and refresh your citations with.
