Ah, that's in text. Have a look at that citation. You might have just added a suffix. See lower down on this page under "Page and Other Locators": https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage
-
Switch to a numeric style like IEEE and then back to "Harper Adams University - Harvard".
-
I'm afraid you'll need to be specific here, otherwise we cannot help. We have hundreds of "Harvard" styles. See this guide on how to access the Document Preferences and please give the full, exact name of the style you're using: https://www.zotero.…

Can you give more context what "Provide handout about diagnosis 7(p) " is? I assume this is from the bibliograpy? Can you give the full output from that item and also the item type?
-
Thanks for confirming. Can you tell us which citation style you have set under "Document Preferences" in the Zotero tab in Word? It could be that your previous citations got flattened (i.e. they are JUST text) and new citations that you're adding …
-
You hadn't specified if it was only for one citation or all of them, so I started with the most likely cause. Did you check how the data is entered in Zotero itself? If it is in capitals there, you'll need to change that manually.
-
This is done by the citation style you've set under "Document Preferences" in the Zotero tab in Word. Change the style and it will render differently.
-
Use this: https://editor.citationstyles.org/codeEditor/ Or any advanced Code editor like Notepad++ or so.
-
I can give it a try, but generally not so well-versed with law styles. I found the style on the Juris-M repository: https://github.com/Juris-M/jm-styles/blob/master/jm-new-zealand-law.csl

Line 278 set the group delimiter to ": ". Remove line 284 in it's entirity. Note that you'll need to change the style ID and self link. https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/citation_styles/style_editing_step-by-step

Hi, Just following up here. Could you answer for which journal exactly (with a link) this is and if you're ok with me taking your code, refining and providing to all our user base and other researchers in the ornithology field?
-
PR submitted. You can use this style directly already: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/2e5c48c487f265029fcd3f0871e660cca7b2675c/journal-of-plankton-research.csl

asdf for code snippets, larger pieces via pastebin.com please. But if you get the title, then there is obviously a title substitute set before it can print out the institution. Either remove (not recommended) or change the order or build in a cond…

I think your issue is different. OP is asking about WHOLE issues of a journal. It seems like you have .pdfs of articles. After dragging them into Zotero, right click on them and choose "Retrieve Metadata for PDF". This will try to gather the embedd…

What are the changes needed? That way we can get this updated quicker.

Ins obere Feld gehört, wie die Fußnote aussehen soll, und untere, wie in der Bibliographie.
-
Which item type are you talking about? Hard to help without knowing ;) And no, "Institution" will never be a name variable. But you can set a substitute with normal variables also. E.g. line 39 here: view-source:https://www.zotero.org/styles/advan…

Für welche Uni, Studiengang/Fakultät ist das denn? https://editor.citationstyles.org/searchByExample/
-
You'll want to look at this. Zotero has different names for the CSL variables available. I'd guess institution is mapped to publisher in your case. https://aurimasv.github.io/z2csl/typeMap.xml Note however that you can also put the name of the bod…

I've made an independent style based on AMA11. You can use this: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/4775a2beb19f08387a68e9f1dc448f9ddf9ac05d/journal-of-the-national-cancer-institute.csl Can I ask you to change the thre…

(PR for dependent style submitted: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/6167)
-
The style you're using is just a dependent style of AMA, that's why it doesn't let you edit it. So you want to edit AMA for your needs. Note that we have an AMA version that cites like this: [1] https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:american-medical-…

Hi, Thanks for reporting. I've submitted a PR: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/6165
-
Switch to APA and then back to your numeric style.
-
You could just start off with Google Scholar: https://scholar.google.com/
-
You didn't do what I had recommended in the other thread. You need to add suffix="." in line 597.

Answered here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/98767/add-period-to-end-of-note-in-customized-chicago-author-date-notes-style#latest Please don't make double posts on the same issue.

If you can share the guidelines, we can have a look, but no promise.

Which style are you referring to? https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=new zealand

Yes, using this tool and "Select in Zotero": https://rintze.zelle.me/ref-extractor/
