Those that didn't update, are they active citations? If not then they got flattened. Only way then is to reinsert the citations, but making sure that they do stay active citations this time round.

Das kommt auf den Zitierstil an, den du benutzt. Manche geben o.A. (ohne Autor an), manche setzen den Titel etc. Du kannst den Namen der Institution auch als Autor im Einfeldmodus einpflegen. Dann sollte das auch wie gewollt angezeigt werden.

There is no "standard". Otherwise we wouldn't have to maintain and constantly add to the more than 10,000 citation styles.

No, you'd need to try a few yourself. --- (CSL team: would it make sense to build locators into the style? Even if it's not detailed in their guidelines (need to check), then if not used it wouldn't show)

Metadata = the information you are inputting into Zotero. The authors, the title, the publisher, the date...

If you don't know a metadata field you don't need to fill it in. This could be used for a license ("CC BY 4.0" for example).
