It'll be fixed in the next update.
-
We'll fix this — thanks.

Could you make a screenshot demonstrating the issue?
-
Could you send an example PDF file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
-
We'll try to fix this.

The PDF file has its text obscured on purpose. Preview.app asks for the owner password when trying to copy text, while other viewers just copy garbled text.

It'll be fixed in the next update.

The text copying regression will be fixed in the next update.

1., 2. We'll improve. 3. This is by design because the opposite behavior would annoy more people.
-
1. It should be fixed in the update that was just released. 4. Could you send an example text that triggers the issue? 6. What do you expect it to do after "leaving the task"?
-
I guess we should add a bit more padding from the top when focusing the search result.

Could you make a screenshot demonstrating the issue?

Would it be possible, for you, to test with a different mouse?
-
Yes, this is intended behavior, but you can just right-click on image annotation and copy the image instead.
-
Once again regarding the first issue. I'm only aware about the issue when copying highlighted text part from annotations sidebar. What exactly is the problem with the note editor pane? Could you write down the steps to reproduce the issue once again…
-
The first issue will be fixed soon. But could you make a screenshot for: Also selection is hard to view now as the mouse doesn't paint the text.
-
Excluding header/footer from selection is planned. But taking into account font also sounds interesting.
-
Thanks. The issue will be fixed in the next update.
-
I can't reproduce that. Waiting for more details and/or other people confirming this.

We'll fix this — thanks.

This is a complicated PDF.js issue, but we'll see what we can do. Thanks for reporting.
-
What exactly is the problem? Could you make a bigger screenshot and draw on it what exactly is incomplete and how it should look like?
-
Please send example PDF files to support@zotero.org also including a link to this thread.

It's the same as in Firefox browser.
