1) Are you sure there aren't any plugins enabled? 2) Does it happen immediately after releasing the mouse button when dropping an annotation?

Are you sure the image annotation isn't actually an ink annotation? If so, possibly an error occurs if the clipboard is empty. Can you provide a Debug ID for it happening?

Escape is currently used to focus note editor toolbar buttons. But this is something to think about. But you can press Ctrl+F to focus the find input, and then pressing Escape should close it.

@a1507143342 This is weird and I can't reproduce it so far. 1) How much memory your system has? 2) How much memory Zotero uses when the page rendering starts to fail?

This specific regression should be fixed in the next update, although much better page label recognition should be implemented in future Zotero versions.

Right, so we'll add Option/Alt + Arrow keys for that, which will be more consistent with other PDF viewers.

Likely because of fuzzy search. Is that actually a problem? What is the search query?

@burgarth Yes, from now use Space or Shift + Space in PDF, EPUB and snapshot views.

So it doesn't work with EPUB and HTML files only, and with PDF files everything is perfectly fine? Yes, we're going to rename zotero://open-pdf to zotero://open, but still leave the former as an alias.

It's the same with other viewers (i.e. Preview.app). The PDF should be re-OCRed.

The left sidebar's open/close state should be preserved. Are you perhaps terminating the Zotero process instead of quitting it properly?
