At least in the latest beta version, selecting View → Font Size → Bigger increases the font size in the sidebar and pop-up.

We have plans to support selecting multiple text ranges while holding a modifier key. We could also consider implementing a column selection mode which already works on various macOS apps when holding Option key.

The major reason I need a PDF is for annotations, and if this were possible, I wouldn't have to worry about syncing PDFs anymore because I could just restore annotations from Zotero notes. Why exactly are you worrying about syncing PDF files?

This is the PDF file issue. The formulas are on the paragraph in Preview.app and Acrobat Reader as well.

At least on macOS it's possible select text and press Option-Escape to read the selected text loud. Something similar should be possible on other operating systems.

I checked the characters in the PDF files, and it seems those hyphens don't exist. It appears they haven't been OCRed at all. Do you have examples of other PDF viewers that work better with these PDF files?

You can also try the Zotero 7 beta, as most rendering issues have already been fixed.

This is a Firefox bug (Zotero is based on it). We hope this gets fixed in future Zotero versions.

Most likely the PDF is in a trash or in a read-only group which means it can't be annotated. Zotero 7 beta just disables the toolbar instead of hiding it.

Do you mean scroll doesn't work with View → Scrolled enabled?
