Yes, there is a regression in PDF.js (the underlying library behind Zotero Reader). It should be fixed at some point in the future.
-
We'll fix it in the next update—thanks.

Thanks for the file. That seems to be a PDF.js regression. We have reported it to them. You can remove the file now.
-
Thanks, we'll investigate.

The menu options at the top of a separate window are already underlined as soon as the separate window is opened. That seems to be the case with all windows that the Zotero client opens, such as Report, Plugins, Debug, etc. The Go menu does not have…

It’s now fixed in Zotero 7 beta.

This is a problem with the PDF file, and even if you try to copy the text using Acrobat Reader, you will get the same result. However, in future Zotero versions, we plan to recombine these accents with the letters.

I suspect it's related to this and you should be able to open multiple context menus not only in the reader but in other parts of the Zotero client as well.

It seems the filtering options disappear when all annotations are the same color and don’t have tags. We’ll fix that in Zotero 7. If you change the annotation color, you will see the filtering options again.

@mjthoraval Thanks for pointing this out. We'll fix this soon as well.

@MemeAddict314 Thanks for the files. Yes, the newer versions of PDF.js (the underlying PDF viewer used by Zotero and Firefox) force page-by-page scrolling mode, as stated in the warning message. The latest version of Firefox (Nightly) is already doi…

Most of the page label recognition regressions should already be fixed in the Zotero 7 beta. If you encounter any more issues, please report them.

It should be fixed now.

Can anyone reproduce this on the latest beta?

Could you send the problematic file (or upload it somewhere and send the link) to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?

Hopefully these popups can be replaced by the new automatic extraction of references, figures and equations. Yes, we expect that to work with many more documents in the future. But for now, we aim to make it more stable and show fewer false positive…

Right, we’ll allow clicking on the header (where the page number is displayed) to refocus the annotation. Other parts of the annotation are already handling actions like focusing on a comment or opening the tag popup.

We'll fix it in the next update.

We'll try to improve that—thanks.

But you can filter your own annotations by selecting your username at the bottom of the annotation sidebar.
