Currently, only date and title variables are supported. Title is just a localized "Annotations" word. Could you explain your workflow in more detail so we can better understand why citation title is necessary?

Copying text from the note editor produces Markdown output, adding an unnecessary slash to escape the dot. We'll look into fixing this.

If you are using Zotero 6, the first step is to upgrade to Zotero 7.

@ponyma Also you can try Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”) that disables all third-party plugins, to see if there is any difference.

Note annotations can't be directly linked to specific text, you can only position them near the text. For linking to specific text, use highlight or underline annotations.

It seems there's a regression, and it no longer focuses on an annotation comment when clicking on a newly created annotation or an annotation without a comment. I assume this is what you're referring to. We'll fix it.
