It'll be fixed in the next update—thanks.
-
Could you explain in more detail what you're doing and what the problem is? Or even make a video.
-
Let us know if any issues still happen in Zotero 7.
-
LaTeX equations are only supported in Zotero child or standalone notes within your library.
-
@saltiniroberto 1. How often does it happen? 2. Does it happen with all PDF files? 3. Is there a consistent way to reproduce it?
-
Is it always slow, or does it depend on the PDF file or zoom level? Or are there other situations when it's not slow?
-
@mjthoraval Can you still reproduce the issue?
-
But if you enable the highlight tool in the toolbar, you can highlight text without any problems, right?
-
I mean we’ll consider selecting the annotation when navigating to it.
-
@lawchess Those links directly reference a specific annotation by its ID. In such cases, we should probably select that annotation, rather than highlighting the text as we do for annotations that were dragged into a note, which never point to a spec…
-
Could you send the PDF file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
-
The reference popup will show normalized text in the next update. We'll see what we can do regarding [1] in future Zotero versions.
-
It will be fixed in the next update—thanks.
-
There was a regression that caused the search colors to appear very faint, but it will be fixed in the next update. Thanks for reporting.
-
Resizing table columns is currently not supported. How exactly are you exporting the note to CSV?
-
For annotation popups, that issue exists in version 7.0.7 as well, but it's already fixed in the latest beta.
-
That issue appeared temporarily in one of the beta versions, but it should already be fixed. Which version are you testing this on?
-
We'll try to fix that—thanks.
-
We'll fix the issue in dark mode and also intensify the colors slightly in light mode in the next Zotero beta version. Thanks for reporting.
-
Is it interfering with your reading in some way? Could you explain exactly what the problem is?
-
We need to figure out why the show/hide options aren't working for you. Could you answer the two questions I asked above?
-
I assume you're referring to Zotero notes (not annotation text or comments in the Zotero Reader) because you mentioned underline formatting. So far, I can't reproduce the issue. Do you have any third-party plugins enabled?
-
1) Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins? 2) Does it happen with all notes containing annotations?
-
@rsgonzalez Hold Ctrl/Cmd or Shift when selecting pages in the thumbnails sidebar for that.
-
There is a good chance the issue is already fixed in Zotero 7. However, if not, please test it in another PDF viewer, and if it works without issues, you could send the PDF file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread.
-
Yes, those are likely related and should be fixed in the next update. Please let us know if they aren't.
-
@casepulevedam Could you clarify when exactly the popups are distracting? The popups are only shown when hovering over an internal PDF link or a citation, and you have to hold the cursor over it deliberately. How exactly is that interfering with you…
-
Could you send an example PDF file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
-
You need to check in another PDF viewer whether the text is actually copyable. Some PDFs don't have a proper character mapping. If the text works fine in another PDF viewer but not in Zotero, please send it to support@zotero.org with a link to this …
-
1) How exactly, and from where, are you copying them? Could you provide the steps for what you do? 2) Can you provide a Debug ID for it happening?
