Thanks for reporting. I can see how this isn't ideal. I've created a Github issue to track this problem. We will see what can be done.
-
Thanks for reporting, it seems to affect other input fields as well. I've opened a github issue to track this problem.
-
I agree it would be nice, however it's currently not possible due to limitations Dan mentioned above. However we will consider improvements in this area - I've opened a couple of issues: #443 and #444.

Thank you for a suggestion, this should actually already work on macOS but we will fix it in the next release so it works across all operating systems.

No, the size of zotero.sqlite (and zotero.sqlite.bak which is a backup of the former) is irrelevant. Only files (pdfs etc.) count towards your online storage quota.

Thank you, this helps a lot!

As a temporary workaround you can click on the target library so that items, if any are present, appear, and then click back to the source library and perform copy. Doing it this way should help avoid the error. We will fix the actual problem it in…

Thank you for reporting, I was able to reproduce the issue. Once we have a solution, I'll update this thread.

Check if you are able to create a new file (or folder) on the NTFS partition while booted into Linux. I suspect it has been mounted in read-only mode, in which case you need to ensure it mounts in read/write mode. The way to achieve this will vary d…

@Conny Glad this has been resolved for you. I'm trying to reproduce this scenario where incorrect item was exported so we can ensure it doesn't happen in the future. Do you remember what was last action you performed prior to the export?

We've released a small update for the web library and sorting in the tag editor should now match what you see in Zotero.
-
We've released a new version of web library where this issue has been resolved. Filtering in the URL you've linked now works as expected.
-
Thanks for reporting, we will look into it.
-
It should be possible to tap on the filename to open it. We will try to improve that part of the UI to make it more clear.
-
Tags in the tag editor are always sorted alphabetically by design - same as in the desktop version (but you're correct the sorting is off when dealing with some special characters and we will look into it)
-
I believe tags in the tag selector have the same order as in the desktop version. When editing the tags, the order might indeed differ - will look into it. Coloured tags should already appear on top of the list in the tag selector, isn't that the c…

Thanks, we will fix it!

I believe this problem was caused by items with a large number of combined notes and attachments (> 200). We've released a fix and the problem should be resolved. Thank you for helping us debug the problem.
-
I believe we've found the issue and will have a fix soon. Could you please confirm for me: does this item has a large number of notes and/or attachments (more than a 100 combined)?
-
This certainly shouldn't happen. Could you please provide us with the following details so we can attempt debugging this issue: * Does this happen when you try adding a child note to one particular item or any item? * Would you be able confirm if t…

Also if you please go to zbib.org/faq open the console window there as described previously, select "Storage" tab, then right-click on the table that appears and select "Copy Table", paste that into an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this…

on that window in the second screenshot, if you select "Sources" you should be able to see a pause button. If you press that and send us a screenshot, that could help us debug the issue.
-
Just to clarify, if you open a new safari window, open console, load zbib.org it does not load, nothing shows on the console and your CPU triggers fans to spin? If that's the case, we can try one more thing: switch tab to "sources" and press the pa…

Check if any errors that appear on the console. Assuming you're on Safari on macOS this can be done following these steps: Safari -> Preferences -> Advanced (tab) -> check checkbox "Show develop menu in menu bar" at the bottom. Then: Dev…

Hi, I'm sorry but at the moment Web Library's UI doesn't allow to copy to the root of a library, only to a collection within. This is an oversight in the UI, I've created an issue and we will have it fixed in the next release. As a temporary workar…

Hi, I believe you are referring to the new Web Library which we've based on the Zotero desktop app. It is a replacement for the previous version which is now deprecated. Could you please let us know what seems to be the problem with the new versio…

Actually should be fixed now!
-
Thank you for reporting, I can see the issue, fix is coming ASAP.
-
We've resolved few issues with some older browsers, including the one you've described. This should work fine now, again thank you for letting us know.

As far as I can tell middle-click to close a tab is super universal, works in all modern browsers (across desktop OS landscape) as well as outside browsers in other tab-based UIs such as text editors, IDEs etc.
