I get the following error msg when double-clicking on Zotero_OpenOffice_Integration.oxt file to install it: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.zotero.integration.ooo.comp.RegistrationHandler

There is no subscription needed for these articles (the example I sent). Browser: Safari (Version 11.1.1 (13605.2.8), Mac OS 10.13.5) Ok, that's really weird, this time it worked, only it didn't read the following information: - Place (Frankfurt)…

Ah, thanks!

Thanks for clearing that up! > PDFs import fine for me -- are you trying this on campus? No, through member-access (provided by ISA)

Similar and perhaps related issue? Sometimes I am unable to edit notes on the right-hand side, but am able to edit them in a separate window. After a restart of Zotero, it worked again. But the issue reappears sometimes after a while again (haven't …

> In Safari, you need to click-and-hold the Connector icon to second the secondary option Sorry, that’s of course what I did. Right-clicking does indeed only yield in a regular click. Thanks for pointing that out!

I start typing and in the past only the tags that matched whatever letters I had typed in the search box would be presented. Now - nothing. Simply ALL tags are being shown. Even hitting enter does not yield any effect. Rebooted Zotero twice, no chan…

As an update: I tried to export the same library under v4 (on a different machine) and its works fine there.
-
Unfortunately no :-( I located some "troublesome" BibTeX entries (wrong URL) and cleaned them all up, but that seemed to be unrelated to this problem.
-
Working now again!
-
And it happens regardless of the export format I choose.
-
Not FF (such as 1Password)
-
Yep. That is, all Zotero add-ons.
-
Disabled BBT (and all the other known trouble makers/Störendfriede :-) The Debug ID is D1839283797. Thanks for looking into this.

Okay, confirmed now that this is indeed not a Zotero issue but Better Bib(La)TeX. Just wondered why it worked before and not now anymore. Sorry to waste your time with this :-(

The Debug ID is D851554564. Report ID 1650428629 1. Booting FF 2. Loading Zotero 5 3. Clicking on database entry. Then next. Only the Citation Key changes, none of the rest. 4. When I click on "Tags" and then back to "Info" the correct informatio…
