Yes, I have the same problem with standalone on Ubuntu Oneiric. The empty window is very annoying. Does the DOI and URL links work for you in the info panel? I wonder if that is a related problem.

Thanks. I just realized that in e.g. Mail the QuickLook window can be dismissed with Esc. Would be great to have the same in ZoteroQuickLook.

I can confirm this issue using the same environment (where Linux = Fedora 11 x86_64 for me).

I grab an edge or corner with the mouse and drag (just like any other window). I remember it as one of the more liberating feelings to be able to resize virtually any window or dialog when I migrated from Windows to Linux several years ago.
