I just installed FF 3.5 on a windows XP machine and I'm writing this post on that machine. Follow up if you're still having the problem after restarting FF with these details: 1) operating system and version 2) javascript on or off? 3…

Tomek, This is troubling! Thanks for reporting it. I am able to login without any problems using Firefox 3.5 (final) on my Mac. I'll try to get my hands on a PC and test. -Jon

Hi Jason, Thanks for posting. So it seems we're having trouble with usernames containing periods. I suspect this became a problem after our last website update on Friday. We'll be on this right away and let you know when we have a fix in…

I just opened a ticket for this. It should be done in a couple weeks. Thanks for the suggestion!

When you're logged in and looking at the homepage, do you see the link to "My Library" in the upper right? I hate to offer such a lame suggestion, but have you tried logging out and then logging back in again?

Looking inside items for citations and linking those is a great idea. We'll be working on some techniques over the coming months for identifying when two or more zotero items (possibly across several user libraries) are referencing the same ac…

We usually redirect you back to whatever page you were looking at when you click the login link. But now, that seems to be broken if you're looking at the forum when you click the login link. I'll open a ticket and try to get a fix up soon. Sorry fo…

Thanks CB. I'm noticing this too and will try to get a fix in soon.

TinyMCE for the "about you" field is not a bad idea. We're already seeing people try to put in HTML. Loading a picture from a URI is a good idea too.

I think we've tracked down the root of the problem. We weren't fetching all of your collections before processing them. People who have more than 100 collections (including sub=collections) will have a similar problem. We'll have a fix up in t…

Be brief. And I'll open a ticket for this.

So right now we are searching against any disciplines that people selected in their profile settings (http://www.zotero.org/users/Sociology) as well as their real name and affiliation. However, we're not searching against any text a user might…

We will add table sorting for the library and collections, probably the ability to add columns at some point as well. We have to experiment more with how fast the api responses are when requesting large numbers of items before we commit to a f…

Thanks for the note. This has been a problem for a little while now. I'll open a ticket for the issue.

Bruce, just enter your open id on the login screen. You'll be pushed off to your open id provider to authenticate. If the authentication is successful, you'll get a form where you can link your open id to your zotero account.
