How did you create your bibliography? See http://www.zotero.org/support/creating_bibliographies
-
Thanks Mark, we will roll this change out next time we update the public site.

There are so many problems with this RIS file that it is difficult to know where to start. Did this come from EBSCO? 1. There can only be one N2 field, that is the abstract field, it looks like your item is being broken into multiple abstracts at s…

In my experience institutions tend to be much more responsive to their users than to third parties. Generally, spreading the word about Zotero to other folks at your institution and getting them to ask for the institution to support Zotero is much m…

Thanks for reporting this. I added a note to the existing ticket for non-english Aleph catalogs. https://www.zotero.org/trac/ticket/1350

Zotero should handle diacritics just fine. It just uses unicode. Can you check to see if the characters are being exported properly from Bookends?
-
As to not forget music scores I added them to our running lists of item types to consider when we update the itemtype schema. See https://www.zotero.org/trac/ticket/661

Please provide some links to items in your catalog for testing.
-
We will have another File sync option for you very soon DenDen60, a matter of days.
-
You add tags to pages by adding this {{tag>tagname secondtag}} Note, we can also add multiple tags to a page, for example we could create a tag for cslfaq and then generate a page of links from cslfaq and still have all of the individual items …

Webdav is not enabled for group file storage. However, in the very near future a new storage solution for groups will be rolled out that will be much easier to work with.
-
I just opened a ticket to add "is indexed" and "unindexed" to options for Advanced Search's for Attachment Content. This would let you run searches, or even create a saved search to track unindexed items.

Try the steps under troubleshooting installation.

Hi Jwood, It generally works better to try and separate different feature requests into individual threads, it's just a bit easier for the community to follow along. I can give you a quick answer to your second question. At the moment I have 28…

You currently need to install the Zotero client to add items to your Zotero library. There are plans to eventually support other methods for adding items to your Zotero library, but these will not likely be available in the near future. With that…

The next version of Zotero will include the ability to hide the collections column when you don't need it, making Zotero's interface much more usable on a small screen.
-
1. Beyond any and all forms of reason the N2 field is actually mapped to abstract in the RIS spec http://www.refman.com/support/risformat_tags_03.asp so if you do a find and replace for whatever tag is attached to your abstracts Zotero will import t…

As long as your doing this in small batches it works fine for me. I just grabbed a few articles from proquest historical newspapers and the PDFs came right along. Please post links and page descriptions for spots where the translator fails at this.

Can you share the error message you are recieving when you try to add a citation in Word?
-
Thanks for sharing the links. Because they are authenticated through Kent I I can't follow them back to see exactly what the issue is. However, I can say that there are some erratic problems with EBSCO. While we continue to sort out the issue you ca…

This is style dependent. If you are using the Word Plugin with a numbered style, like Nature, this should happen automatically. Just use use the multiple citation button when adding the in-text citations and you should get the number range result.

Building a translator is one option, another would be to Shepard the projects into using something like COinS (Which the Wikipedia uses for references). Zotero auto-detects COinS, and it has the added benefit of using an existing open stranded for a…

Once this old ticket for batch editing Zotero data is taken care of it should be much easier to clean up data like this.
-
See this ticket for discussion of pending changes to manuscript and document item types. I'm not sure about the two specific suggestions. In my mind, while there are similarities between the work of archivists and editors it does not really match …

You are right about dragging collections and subcollections. You can't drag collections or subcollections into a group. You can, however, select all items in a collection (Command +A on a mac) and then drag that selection into a group. It is effecti…

There is a ticket for this and it is a planed feature. See https://www.zotero.org/trac/ticket/832 Currently the APA citation style enforces sentence case. So when you go to cite things the transformation happens in the generated citation.

Thanks for the note. It looks like the translator needs to be expanded to support a wider range of URLs. For the time being just remove the question mark and everything after it. http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/es071940n Ticket created: https:…

Your data is stored independently from the application. Read up on data here. You should not need to remove Zotero all you need to do is get rid of your zotero.sqlite and your storage folder.
-
Printing should have nothing to do with Zotero and everything to do with Firefox. Can you print any webpages?

Thanks for the note. I tested and can confirm the issue. I have added it to a ticket.
